We use the best venue available for this type of group; instead of a casino, where it’s smoky and a long walk to the meeting space, we prefer a non-smoking venue off the strip venue such as an Embassy Suites. We look for venues with an easy to reach meeting space where it’s a short walk from self-parking to the meeting space.

We prefer nicer meeting rooms with lots of light, and as possible we book rooms with windows that let in the natural sunlight. We book bigger meeting rooms than the hotels tell us we “need.” Be book more space so that the room has an open airy feel, where it’s easy to see and hear and you have plenty of room for interaction.
